MC-E Plate Cleaner
MC-E is a superior Plate Cleaner that is suitable not only for conventinal oil-based inks but also Ultra-Violet inks. MC-E can also be used as a Cleaner for rollers of continuous water supply systems.
When used as a Plate Cleaner
Can be used to effectively remove any type of plate toning or scumming. It also works very well as a scratch remover, allowing reduced press down time. - It is suitable for conventinal oil-based inks and Ultra-Violet inks. - It functions very well as an ink remover on non-image areas, whilst not damaging the image area. - Suitable for use with high definition printing, such as FM screening.
When used as a Cleaner for Rollers of Continuous Water Supply Systems
After removing debris and ink on dampening rollers, apply MC-E to aid cleaning. - Will enhance the rollers hydrophilic properties improving the water supply capability to the plate. - It can be used on metal and both EPDM and NBR rubber rollers.
Plate compatibility
MC-E is suitable for Conventional plates (both positive and negative) Thermal CTP plates (LH-PIE/LH-NI) Photopolymer CTP LP-N3 plate. MC-E is NOT suitable for Photopolymer CTP plates LP-NS, LP-NN
