Luxel V-6 series Multi-cassette Autoloader
The Luxel V-6 series Multi-cassette Autoloader (MAL) is compatible with the Luxel V-6 violet photopolymer platesetters. The MAL has automatic interleaf removal with a maximum of 3 cassettes each holding up to 100 plates (0.3mm).
Supports unattended operation:
The MAL increases the efficiency of the Luxel V-6 by supporting over 12 hours continuous unattended plate production (Luxel V-6, 24 (B2) pph @ 2400dpi).
Automatic Interleaf Removal:
Interleaf paper is automatically removed prior to the plate being loaded into the imaging unit. Waste interleaf paper is held within the machine until the end of the production shift.
Automatic plate selection from up to 3 cassettes:
Up to 3 different plate sizes can be held on line with the autoloader automatically selecting the correct cassette for the current job. A further 4 cassettes can be held offline and recalled for loading as required.
